Refunds and cancellation

Requesting a refund
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Use our support form and include your account email, payment date, and the reason for your request. Do not include your card number. A refund is not guaranteed; we consider the circumstances, including billing errors and problems accessing the service. Any rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Canceling renewal
Open Settings, then the billing portal, to cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access available until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Subscription charges
Monthly access costs $29 and renews every month. Annual access costs $199, billed upfront, and renews every year. Cancel before your next renewal if you do not want another charge. Your billing portal shows your next billing date.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate.
