Can I cancel or request a refund?

Cancel renewal in Settings through the billing portal. Access continues until your paid period ends. Refund requests are reviewed case by case through Support; cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.

Is audio available?

Yes, for the free sample questions so far. On the Audio page, you can build a listening set from narrated questions you haven't answered, questions you missed, or one topic, then play it in your browser or in a podcast app through a private feed. Narration currently covers the PM&R sample questions for free and paid accounts alike. Narration for the rest of the bank has no promised release date, so subscriptions are for the question bank and study tools.

What can I try for free?

Create an account and answer up to 25 questions free, drawn from sample questions in each PM&R exam domain. You can use tutor and timed modes, choose new, missed, or previously correct questions, read explanations, track your progress, and revisit missed questions. After 25 answers, full access is required to keep practicing. No payment details are required to create an account.

Do the monthly and annual plans include the same access?

Yes. Both plans unlock the full PM&R question bank. Choose the billing schedule that fits your study timeline.

Does this include other specialties?

These plans cover PM&R. Board Review is being built for multiple specialties, with PM&R as the first program. Access to future specialty programs is not included in these plans.
